Here at Amber we are delighted to supply a fantastic range of wines to suit all tastes. We firmly believe that the wines we have chosen for your enjoyment reflect the diverse and ever changing needs of the consumer.
We offer over 30 wines, including sparkling and Champagne, by the glass as well as by the bottle. We can do this by use of a system known as “Verre de Vin” which enables us to guarantee that every glass served to you is as good as if the bottle has just been freshly opened. The range of wines that we serve include many favourites, from classic Chablis to more unusual wines such as Pinot Noir from Argentina, an Amber favourite.
Our wines have been chosen to partner many of our dishes and our staff, through training by our wine merchant, are always on hand to help you make an informed choice. Our wine merchant has over 100 years experience in selecting some of the world’s best wines. They source the wines personally through visiting the particular areas always ensuring that quality and consistency are a high priority.
